What is Wentworth?
Wentworth Community Housing Limited is a not-for-profit housing company that provides affordable, rental housing and other housing assistance to eligible people who are on low to medium incomes.
Wentworth is a class 2 registered community housing provider with the NSW Registrar of Community Housing. Wentworth has also been awarded three year accreditation status against the National Community Housing Standards. This means that Wentworth is able to demonstrate high quality performance in service delivery, governance and financial management.

The NSW Federation for Housing Associations holds the NSW Awards for Excellence in Community Housing every two years to recognise the achievements of the community housing sector and to encourage excellence. Wentworth received 2 awards at the 2010 awards:

Stephanie Brennan, Wentworth's Manager of Community Services was recognised at the ZEST Awards, winning the award for Outstanding Community Leader. This is a wonderful recognition for Stephanie and the incredible contribution she has made to the Community Sector in Western Sydney.

Property Profile
Wentworth now manages over 1700 properties (at March 2011) and is set to grow to more than 2000 properties by December 2011.
The main clusters of housing managed by Wentworth are in Penrith, Hawkesbury, Blue Mountains and Blacktown Local Government Areas.
Housing is managed from the head office in Penrith and fully functioning offices in Windsor and Katoomba
